The Company shall not disclose the contents transmitted by the Supplier through the Platform  to  third parties other than for the purposes and scope determined by the Purchase Agreement with the Suppliers.

The Company undertakes to keep the contents private and confidential, to consider this as a confidentiality obligation and to take the necessary measures and to show the necessary care in order to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent all or part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.

 

Consent and Data Processing

If the Supplier gives approval to the Company, the contents may be processed, stored and transferred to third parties by the Company and/or its partners in order to provide the services requested by the Supplier for purposes such as member payment transactions, invoice issuance and processing, provision of bank integration, external applications approved by the Supplier and direct marketing.

 

Use of Personal Data

Personal information may be used for the purposes of establishing communication / contact with the Supplier or positively affecting the Supplier's experience on the Platform (such as maintenance and support for services, updating, improving existing services, creating new services and providing personalized services), as well as for the purpose of creating a database, maintaining memberships and performing other activities necessary for the provision of the Company's services to the Supplier,  can be stored and transferred to third parties.

 

Use of Anonymous Information

The Company may anonymize the usage and transaction information performed by the Supplier on the Platform and store it, process it and transmit it to its business partners for use in statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns and similar reports for the time required for the realization of these purposes.

 

 

 

Surveys and Content Usage

The information requested from the Suppliers who respond to the surveys made on the Site and give their consent to the processing of their personal information may be used by the Company to market directly to these people, to create statistical analyzes and to create a database.

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company may share the information of the Supplier with third parties in the presence of the following conditions:

 Relevant disclosure is mandatory for the fulfillment of obligations under the Purchase Agreement,

Requesting information about users for the purpose of conducting an investigation or investigation duly carried out by an authorized administrative and judicial institution in accordance with the relevant legislation,

Disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of suppliers.

 

IP Addresses and Other Technical Information

In order to identify and solve technical problems related to the system, the Company may have to determine and use the IP address of the Supplier when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to identify the Supplier in a general way and to gather comprehensive demographic information.
