You can return the product you bought from the shop.antebies.com site with your invoice within 8 days from the date the product was delivered to you. In return transactions, the "Purchase Contract" is carried out within the framework of the provisions of Article 7.

The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and resellable.

Free Returns/Exchanges

Return Conditions

We do not accept the return of products whose original packaging has deteriorated, whose labels have been removed, which have lost their merchantability and which cannot be purchased by another customer. Underwear can be returned if they are unpacked, untested, intact, unused.

The original of the invoice and all copies of it must be sent with the product you want to return and the return section at the bottom of the invoice must be signed. Returns are not accepted for non-prepaid products.
